Job Description

As a Chartered Accountant (CA) holding a valid Certificate of Practice (COP), you will play a critical role in financial reporting, audit, tax compliance, and assurance services. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparation and finalization of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards such as Ind AS and IFRS. - Signing balance sheets and audit reports as a practicing Chartered Accountant. - Conducting statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits. - Ensuring timely compliance with direct and indirect tax laws, including filing of returns (Income Tax, GST, etc.). - Assisting clients with regulatory filings and liaising with authorities such as ROC, Income Tax, and GST Department. - Providing financial advisory, accounting, and business structuring support to clients. - Representing clients before statutory bodies, including the Income Tax Department and GST authorities. - Managing client relationships and offering value-added financial consulting. Mandatory Requirements: - Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with a valid Certificate of Practice (COP). - Eligible and willing to sign financial statements and statutory audit reports. - In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards, Companies Act, and tax laws. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: - 2+ years of post-qualification experience in public accounting or audit firm. - Experience in handling a portfolio of SME or corporate clients. - Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP platforms. - Experience with ROC filings, LLP/Company formation, or advisory services is a plus.,
