• In-charge of overall bookkeeping for holding and subsidiary companies
• In-charge of all direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, Payroll Taxation, etc) and associated compliance
• Accounts Payable, Vendor liaison and management
• Account receivable and revenue cycle management, follow-up, liaison with govt departments and management reporting
• In-charge of standalone and consolidated financials (quarterly reporting and annual closure)
• Designing, updating and publishing multifarious monthly tailor made MIS Reports.
• Working with banks for day to day as well a s strategic operations like funding, non-funded instruments
• Project costing (mainly government PPP projects) and financial evaluation of projects and presentation
• Supporting legal team for closure of Agreements and Contracts
• Working with Legal team for ROC/MCA compliances
• Understanding, preparation and Furnishing documentation for government bid submission.
