Greetings!!

We are looking for an Oracle Finance Consultant (Qualified CA)

Qualification : Qualified CA and CA Inter

Experience : 1 Year To 3+ Years

Location : Delhi NCR/Kolkata (Work from office)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation Support:

   Collaborate with senior consultants to assist in the implementation of Oracle ERP solutions for clients across the Benelux region. Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations within the Oracle platform.

2. Configuration and Customization:

   Work closely with clients to configure Oracle modules, including Financial Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management, to meet their specific business needs. Assist in customizing workflows, forms, and reports to optimize system functionality.

3. User Training :

   Provide training sessions to end-users on Oracle functionality and best practices, enabling them to effectively utilize the system in their daily operations. Develop comprehensive documentation, including user guides and training materials, to support ongoing user adoption and system maintenance.

4. Client Support:

   Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and support requests, providing timely assistance and troubleshooting guidance to resolve issues and address concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues as needed.

5. Data Migration:

   Support data migration activities, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading, ensuring the accurate and timely transition of data from legacy systems to Oracle. Validate data integrity and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the migration process.

Desired Candidate:-

1. Background in Finance:

   Previous experience or educational background in finance, accounting, or related fields is essential for this role. Understanding of financial processes and principles is critical for effectively supporting clients' finance-related requirements.

2. Any ERP Knowledge:

   Basic understanding of Standard ERP or similar cloud-based ERP systems is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to develop proficiency in Oracle functionalities and configurations.

3. Communication :

   Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

Technical and Professional Requirements:-

Should have knowledge on any standard ERP i.e. SAP , Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics Candidate should have idea about process integration and flow in order to cash, purchase to pay and availability to produce cycles Should be well versed in demonstrated configuration skills in key areas like AR, AP, General Ledger, Fixed Asset, Cash Management, GST, Taxation, Compliances, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, Trial Balance. Candidate should have experience in writing Functional Specifications independently and should have worked on Custom Objects build from Scratch to Deployments. The candidate should have been in a customer facing role
Note: Filix is a Project based company Candidate should be flexible for travel other than Delhi as per the project requirement .
