Job Description: Experienced Website Developer Wix Specialist Position Title: Website Developer Wix Platform Location: Kolkata Office (Work from Office) Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Website Developer with hands-on experience in building, customizing, and maintaining websites using the Wix platform. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with design sensibility, ensuring responsive, SEO-optimized, and user-friendly web experiences aligned with our brand and business goals. This is an on-site role based in our Kolkata Office, designed to ensure full-time engagement and alignment with our internal workflows. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain websites using Wix Editor and Wix Studio Customize Wix templates and components to meet functional and aesthetic requirements Implement responsive design, SEO best practices, and performance optimization Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and custom scripts within Wix framework Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align web assets with campaign goals Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply timely fixes Maintain version control and documentation for all web assets and workflows Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of professional website development experience At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Wix Velo and Wix Studio Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles Experience with SEO optimization, analytics integration, and accessibility standards Familiarity with CMS workflows, asset management, and content publishing Ability to modularize design and development logic for scalability and reuse Strong communication and documentation skills Preferred Traits: Attention to detail to ensure high quality and accuracy in all web elements and configurations Highly organized approach to managing code, design files, and site versions, leading to a clean and maintainable codebase Ability to synthesize design and technical requirements into modular workflows Experience in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, content, and IT teams Passion for continuous improvement and designing robust, reliable web architecture Note: Interested candidate can share their resume on official email I'd gudiya.tiwari@filixconsulting.com/Simran.chauhan@filixconsulting.com
