Job Description :

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Compliance

? Ensure timely and accurate preparation of standalone and consolidated

financial statements as per IND-AS and other applicable standards.

? Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR), Companies Act, and other statutory

requirements for listed companies.

? Coordinate with statutory, internal, and secretarial auditors for smooth

audit closure and timely resolution of audit queries.

? Ensure accurate and timely filing of all regulatory returns and disclosures.

2. MIS & Business Analysis

? Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports, including

key financial metrics and variance analysis.

? Provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.

? Lead budgeting and forecasting processes; monitor budget adherence and

highlight deviations.

3. Internal Controls & Process Improvement

? Monitor and enhance internal financial controls and processes.

? Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency and

accuracy in financial reporting.

4. Taxation & Treasury

? Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and other

statutory payments.

? Support treasury functions, including cash flow management and banking

operations.

5. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

? Develop the finance & accounts team.

? Liaise with senior management and external stakeholders as required.
