Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified CA with strong hands-on experience in Direct Taxation to join our team. The role involves business analysis for tax processes. You will also support stakeholders, analyse tax data, and improve workflows. Project Duration: 1–2 year, further extendable since more development in Income Tax Act. On successful completion of this project, we will shift candidates to different tax projects depending on opportunities available at that time. Responsibilities: ·        Tax Process Analysis and Optimization: Analyse/improve tax processes, streamline workflows, and document current/future states. ·        Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Elicit/document tax-related requirements and translate them into specifications for technical teams. ·        Tax Systems Implementation and Support: Collaborate with developer and participate in tax system implementation, provide user support, and ensure systems meet tax requirements. ·        Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse tax data, collaborate with developer to reports/dashboards, and ensure data integrity. ·        Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various departments to understand needs and provide solutions. Qualifications: ·        Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). ·        Minimum 3+ years of post-CA experience, with strong hands-on Direct Taxation exposure including various TDS forms. ·        Proficiency in Excel ·        Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ·        Ability to work independently.
