Job Title: Part-Time Chartered Accountant (Fresher Welcome) – Client Accounting & Financial Support Company: Addonez Marketplace LLP Empowering startups and SMEs through automation, strategic marketing, and finance support. Location: Remote Job Type: Part-Time | Flexible Hours | Entry-Level Role Summary: We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) — fresher or semi-qualified — to support our client base with day-to-day accounting and financial management . This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience with multiple businesses and industries, especially startups and small to mid-sized enterprises. You will work closely with the Addonez consulting team to organize, manage, and automate our customers’ accounting systems using cloud-based solutions like ERP , ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient financial processes. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage client financial records , including general ledger, journals, and bank reconciliations Support with GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings as per statutory requirements Prepare and review profit & loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis for clients Provide accounting system support and onboarding on cloud ERP (training will be provided) Act as a financial advisor and virtual accountant for client businesses Coordinate with internal teams to implement finance-related automation solutions Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher / Semi-qualified / CA Inter Solid knowledge of accounting principles, Tally, and Indian taxation (GST, TDS) Good command of MS Excel and Google Sheets Willingness to learn tools like ERP and collaborate with technology teams Strong communication and client-service skills Desirable: Exposure to multiple domains (trading, services, eCommerce, etc.) Experience with or willingness to work in a consulting/outsourcing environment Familiarity with cloud-based accounting or ERP platforms Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹50,636.32 per month Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
