Job Description

Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Chargeback Management
:
Handle and process chargebacks, retrieval requests, and dispute cases in compliance with card network regulations (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, etc.).
Investigate chargeback claims by reviewing transaction data, customer communication, and supporting documents.

Analysis & Reporting
:
Analyze chargeback trends to identify fraud patterns or operational loopholes.
Generate regular reports on chargeback performance, win rates, and root cause analysis.

Collaboration
:
Work closely with merchants, banks, and internal teams (Fraud, Customer Support, etc.) to resolve disputes efficiently.
Provide feedback to merchants to minimize chargeback occurrences.

Compliance & Regulation
:
Stay updated on industry standards, chargeback policies, and payment regulations.
Ensure all actions are compliant with PCI DSS and card scheme requirements.

Process Optimization
:
Propose and implement improvements to streamline chargeback and dispute handling processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background
: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Technical Skills
:
Familiarity with payment gateways, acquirers, and card network processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools.

Soft Skills
:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
