Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to lead the IPO readiness process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all activities required to take the company public, including documentation, due diligence,

stakeholder coordination, and regulatory compliance. This role involves working closely with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, internal departments, and regulatory bodies to ensure a smooth and timely listing process.

Reporting to CFO / Head – Corporate Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end coordination with all key stakeholders including SEBI, stock exchanges,

Registrar, and Company Secretaries.

• Ensure timely preparation and review of Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), Red Herring

Prospectus (RHP), and final offer documents.

• Oversee internal data preparation, financial audits, and legal due diligence in coordination with

respective internal departments.

• Track IPO project timelines and milestones, flag delays, and drive resolution.

• Coordinate roadshows, investor interactions, and analyst meetings as required in pre-IPO and

post-IPO phases.

• Liaison with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to SEBI and stock exchange

norms.

• Maintain and update internal MIS related to IPO milestones, documentation status, and

stakeholder actions.

• Prepare internal presentations and updates for the Board and Senior Management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• CA / MBA (Finance) / CS or equivalent professional degree.

• 5–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2–3 years in IPO-related projects or public

listings.

• Prior experience in working with merchant bankers, law firms, and financial advisors is a must.

• Strong understanding of SEBI guidelines, stock exchange requirements, and IPO

documentation process.

• Excellent project management and coordination skills.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.

• High attention to detail and ability to handle documentation-heavy tasks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong financial and business acumen.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in listing companies on NSE/BSE (main board or SME platform).

• Exposure to working in cross-functional environments and managing confidential information.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.
