Job Description

Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners to expand sales reach. Meet potential customers, partners, and decision-makers to build stronger relationships and generate leads. Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking meets to promote products/services and establish new connections. Develop, propose, and implement innovative sales approaches for improving conversion rates. Maintain strong and long-term partner relationships to maximize repeat business. Track sales pipeline, measure performance of partners, and regularly update management with reports. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding, training, and support. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities.
