Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, while managing and nurturing existing relationships.Collaborate with partners to create and implement joint marketing and sales initiatives that drive growth and maximize opportunities.Provide training, support, and resources to partners to enhance their ability to sell and support our products or services.Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, including sales data, pipeline development, and customer feedback.Work with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives.Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.Prepare and present regular reports on channel performance, sales progress, and key metrics to senior management.
