Job Description

You will be reporting to the Directors and your main responsibility will be to oversee and enhance the relationships with our channel partners. Your key duties will include identifying potential Industrial sales partners, training them to effectively sell our products, conducting product demonstrations and presentations, and assisting in resolving any issues that may arise between partners and internal sales teams. Additionally, you will be required to provide regular reports on channel performance to senior management and be willing to travel to Industrial areas in Western India. It is important that you have experience in the safety industry and with Machine tools. To qualify for this position, you should have at least a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales management. You will need to demonstrate your ability to identify and onboard new channel partners, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, showcase problem-solving abilities, and have the capacity to develop strategic sales plans for industries.
