Channel Sales Manager AIF Distribution

The Channel Sales Manager AIF Distribution role at Equentis Wealth Advisory Ltd., based in Mumbai (Lower Parel), is seeking a dynamic professional to drive business growth through a network of Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), IFAs, and wealth managers. As the Channel Sales Manager AIF, you will play a crucial role in establishing and expanding the AIF channel while leveraging your strong distribution network and entrepreneurial spirit. Your responsibilities will include identifying, onboarding, and activating new channel partners such as MFDs, RIAs, and family offices. You will be tasked with generating AUM for AIF products through your distribution network, conducting regular partner engagements through various mediums including calls, meetings, webinars, and training sessions, ensuring seamless transaction support, addressing partner queries, and monitoring sales performance to provide key metrics to the leadership team. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 8 years of experience in financial services, particularly focusing on equity or alternative investments. You should possess a robust network of MFDs, sub-brokers, or wealth partners with a proven track record of conversion. Additionally, a strong understanding of equity markets, AIF structures, and HNI investor behavior is essential.
