Channel Sales Manager - Agency Health

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in the Agency Travel Team and Tie Ups, your primary responsibility will be to oversee business delivery and drive growth and profitability through effective channel management with agents. You will play a crucial role in managing daily activities of producers to maintain a robust pipeline. Coaching and guiding agents to cross-sell and expand the business will be a key aspect of your role, aiming for a minimum growth of 20% for individual agents annually. Additionally, you will be accountable for ensuring the quality of applications, supporting and guiding producers in policy services activities, and training agents on company products, processes, and unique selling points. Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities: - Achieving overall Gross Written Premium targets - Ensuring sustainable profitability - Maintaining operational hygiene - Recruitment and retention of agents - Driving agent activation Stakeholder Interfaces: Internal Stakeholders: - Operations (BOPs & COPs) for policy issuance - Underwriters for risk analysis - Finance Team for taxation matters - Human Resources for talent management - Training Team for employee development - NSM/RSM/ASM for strategic input External Stakeholders: - Agents - Brokers Experience: - 1-2 years of insurance industry experience - 3-4 years of experience leading a company or business line in retail sales Education: - Any Graduation In this role, you will be integral to the success of the business by driving growth, ensuring profitability, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your experience in insurance and retail sales leadership will be key assets in fulfilling the responsibilities of this position.,
