Job Description

As a Product Trainer, your primary role will be to train employees on the product, processes, and soft skills. You will be responsible for identifying the training needs within the organization. It will be crucial for you to interact with employees, organize group meetings, and provide training to clients. You will also be tasked with gathering information about clients undergoing training and determining the training topics and constraints such as time, accommodation, and budgeting. One of your key responsibilities will be to bridge the gap between internal and external clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a collaborative work environment by offering employees opportunities to socialize through team-building activities and maintaining an open-door policy. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality training and development to all stakeholders. In this role, you will interface with internal stakeholders such as the Sales Team across all departments for training purposes. Externally, you will engage with Agents/Producers. To excel in this position, you should have at least 3 years of experience in sales and 2 years in a training department. A graduation in any discipline will be necessary to meet the educational requirements for this role.,
