Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage distribution channel sales for solar products, focusing on field sales activities. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals. Identify new potential clients through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for sales performance. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the solar industry. Strong understanding of distribution channels, including retail partnerships and direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales strategies. Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers at all levels. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
