In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and supporting our channel partners , enabling them to perform effectively while ensuring alignment with business goals. As a key member of our sales team, you will work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with multiple stakeholders and contributing to the expansion of our footprint across regions. Responsibilities Generate high-quality leads through effective communication and strategic engagement. Ensure timely execution of training calendars for channel partners and support branch-level skill development initiatives. Meet and exceed sales targets including: Lead Adequacy Ratio (LAR) Lead Conversion Ratio (LCR) Gross Written Premium (GWP) Unit and value penetration Wallet share and product mix Maintain and update daily engagement and sales trackers to monitor progress and opportunities. Strengthen relationships with partners through consistent on-ground visits , performance reviews, and engagement activities. Collaborate with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to align strategies and boost channel partner performance. Provide ongoing support to partners by understanding their needs and offering actionable insights for improvement. Requirements Postgraduate degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. 3 to 6 years of experience in channel sales , preferably within the BFSI or insurance domain. Proven success in lead generation , conversion, and partner engagement. Experience in Bancassurance is highly desirable. Key Skills Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Self-motivated, target-driven , and proactive in solving problems Excellent organizational and time management skills If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are passionate about building strong partnerships to drive success, we would love to hear from you.
