Channel Sales Executive
Profile
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Channel Sales
Executive to expand our sales through dealer/distributor
networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying,
developing, and managing business relationships with channel
partners to achieve sales targets in the lighting domain.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with channel partners
(distributors, dealers, and retailers) to drive product sales.
Onboard new partners and ensure consistent communication and
engagement.
Actively
promote
Sketch
Lighting’s
products through
presentations, promotional materials, and product training
sessions.
Train partners on product features, USPs, and pricing structures.
Monitor partner performance and sales targets, and support them
with necessary tools and resources.
Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration
through channel partners.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure availability, visibility, and
correct positioning of products.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, production)
to fulfill partner requirements.
Collect market feedback and competitor insights to improve sales
performance.
Ensure timely collections and manage outstanding payments from
channel partners.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the
lighting, electrical, or building materials industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship[1]
building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively as per business needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
