Job Purpose:

The Channel Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the channel sales team by managing partner relationships, coordinating sales activities, assisting in marketing initiatives, maintaining data accuracy in systems, and ensuring operational excellence within the sales channel. This role serves as a key link between internal teams and external partners, enabling business growth through efficient collaboration and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong working relationships with channel partners (distributors, dealers, resellers).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner communication and issue resolution.
  • Support onboarding and training of new partners.

2. Sales Support & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for seamless order processing.
  • Track and follow up on leads, opportunities, and partner inquiries.
  • Assist in the execution of partner programs and sales campaigns.

3. Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain updated sales records and partner databases.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze partner performance and share insights with management.

4. Marketing & Promotions Coordination

  • Distribute marketing materials and product information to partners.
  • Support co-branded campaigns and events.
  • Monitor usage of Market Development Funds (MDF) and promotional budgets.

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, and contract terms.
  • Maintain proper documentation for agreements, transactions, and audits.

6. Training & Enablement

  • Organize training sessions on products, systems, or sales strategies.
  • Track training participation and feedback from partners.

7. Technology & CRM Management

  • Ensure accurate data entry in CRM and partner portals.
  • Provide support to partners on tools and systems.

Requirements:

  • Any Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales coordination or sales support
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
