Role/ Job Title:

Channel Manager - Retail Forex

Function/ Department:

Retail Liabilities

Job Purpose

The incumbent would be responsible for managing and developing the Retail Forex Business through various distribution channels.

Roles & Responsibilities

Own & Drive revenue from Retail Remittances (outward & Inward cross border remittances) through Bank's distribution channels i.e. Branch Banking, Wealth/ NRI/ Branch Banking Relationship Managers
ensure achievement of defined targets across branches.
Conduct regular meeting & training with bank staff in assigned branches.
Create strategy and execute sales engagement programs (viz local campaigns/ contests, events) to improve channel productivity.
Track granular business performance and release dashboard for pushing & tracking business.
Work with Product teams, Analytics team to empower channels with technology & Analytics.
Identify market opportunities for partnerships in remittances, launch partner programs as well as front end large partnerships.

Secondary Responsibilities

Prior experience of driving sales through Branches.
Track record of achieving sales targets.
Prior experience of handling outward & Inward Remittances.
Analytical & logical approach to sales.

Education Qualification

Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)/Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com)/Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA)Post-graduation: MBA/PGDM
