Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Job Purpose As a highly skilled and detail-oriented Change Request Management Expert, the primary role is to oversee and manage the lifecycle of change requests across HCM. The ideal candidate will ensure that all changes are assessed, approved, implemented, and reviewed in a controlled and systematic manner, minimizing risk and disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end Change Request Management (CRM) process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.
  • Evaluate change requests for completeness, impact, risk, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure timely decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, etc.
  • Maintain and update the Change Management Register and documentation.
  • Monitor and report on the status of change requests, KPIs, and trends.
  • Ensure post-implementation reviews are conducted and lessons learned are documented.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews by providing necessary documentation and evidence. Continuously improve the change management process and tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, preferably in Pharma.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, or PMI frameworks.
  • Experience with change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in GxP or validated environments.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Workday. Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
