Develop and Implement Change Management Strategies

Conduct Impact Assessments:

Design Training and Communication Programs

Engage Stakeholders

Monitor and Evaluate Effectiveness

Provide Ongoing Support

10+ years of experience in organizational change management.
ITIL certification required
Proven success applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Certification in CCMP preferred.
Familiarity with project management approaches and experience with large-scale organizational change.
Strong Leadership Skills
: Ability to guide and motivate teams through change, fostering a positive environment.
Exceptional Communication Skills
: Proficient in conveying information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Project Management Expertise
: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
Analytical Skills
: Ability to assess situations, identify issues, and develop effective solutions to facilitate change.
Change Management Knowledge
: Familiarity with change management methodologies and best practices, along with relevant certifications (eg, Prosci, APMG Change Management).
