Change Management Hybrid Cloud Developer Experience Lead, AVP

You will be part of the Hybrid Cloud Transformation Programme within the Hybrid Cloud Developer Experience team at Deutsche Bank in Pune. The GTI Transformation team is responsible for managing and executing the bank's hybrid cloud strategy. - Engage with key stakeholders to understand and document current state processes and plans for control improvement/automation - Gain end-to-end knowledge on the GCP Application Onboarding Process and identify priority areas for improvement - Support in creating and managing a delivery plan for control priorities and coordinate with control owners for execution - Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to monitor progress, manage risks, and provide support on delivery challenges - Ensure interim automation plans align with the strategic design for the application onboarding process - Work with DCRO to ensure compliance with CCF/ICF requirements - Provide adhoc support on projects as required, including requirements definition, testing, and communication - Proven ability in process analysis and re-engineering - Strong problem-solving skills - Demonstrable experience in project management and delivery execution - Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders - Experience in Risk, Compliance, and control frameworks preferred - Knowledge of ORR and/or end-to-end application onboarding process preferred - Relevant experience in the Financial Services industry Deutsche Bank offers a range of benefits including a best-in-class leave policy, gender-neutral parental leaves, childcare assistance, flexible working arrangements, sponsorship for certifications, employee assistance program, comprehensive insurance coverage, and health screening.
