Provide continuous on-call support during the transition phase to address immediate user issues and ensure seamless setup. Address mobile device user experience and management challenges encountered in environment.
Training Strategy, Development & Delivery:
Develop modular and customized training materials (guides, videos, FAQs, tips) tailored to needs for both end-users and the TtT program. Deliver live training sessions covering various pertinent topics for both the general workforce and specialized groups, including in-depth ""white-glove"" training for Executive Assistant community and other high-touch groups.
Conduct demonstrations to foster awareness and cultivate enthusiasm among all user groups. (Bonus) Provide assistance with the scripting and production of a marketing video articulating the vision and associated benefits of the change.
Workflow Transition Design: Partner with business units to document and design comprehensive workflow transitions from legacy systems to Google Workspace.
Self-Help & Documentation: Contribute to the development and rollout of comprehensive self-help resources, frequently asked questions (FAQs), and detailed documentation for early education and ongoing support.
