Job Description

As a Senior Associate in the AC Communications and Change team at PwC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and transformation of the business, particularly the Advisory line of service, through high-quality communications and change management support for the business and its leadership team. Working closely with the global PwC Acceleration Centers Change and Communications team, you will be responsible for leading communications programs for the PwC Acceleration Centers. Your key responsibilities will include liaising with communications teams across different geographies, curating and creating content for top leadership communications and client materials, developing and executing digital and automation communications strategies to foster an innovative and quality-oriented mindset, and ensuring quality in communications through peer reviews and approvals process assurance. To excel in this role, you must have a graduate degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. A bachelor's degree in fields such as Communications, Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism, or English literature is preferred. You should possess proven abilities in developing and implementing communications strategies for leadership audiences, experience in corporate communications in multinational/cross-cultural environments, and an innovative mindset with experience in digital/technology communications. Moreover, you must demonstrate cultural sensitivity, cross-cultural communication skills, and effectiveness in working in global organizations. Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools will be advantageous. It is essential to have excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a process-oriented approach. Additionally, you should be adept at networking, convincing, and negotiating with senior management and stakeholders, and have a good understanding of diverse communication channels to create innovative communication campaigns for business teams.
