Job Summary:

CFO Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the outsourced/virtual CFO for assigned clients, managing their overall financial health and strategy.
Lead and manage client engagements with a team of finance and accounting professionals.
Deliver financial planning & analysis (FP&A), cash flow forecasting, and scenario modeling.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial reports and MIS dashboards.
Develop annual budgets, track variances, and support cost optimization initiatives.
Support clients in fundraising (equity or debt), valuation analysis, and investor reporting.
Oversee compliance with tax regulations, statutory filings, audits, and financial controls.
Liaise with auditors, bankers, legal advisors, and tax consultants on behalf of clients.
Advise clients on strategic decisions including growth planning, M&A, and restructuring.
Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, processes, and controls.
Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication and value-driven delivery.

Required Skills :

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow management, tax, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in financial modeling, investor presentations, and due diligence support.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or ERP systems).
Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
