Job Description

CRO Manager & Growth Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Lead experimentation:

    Design, launch, and scale an A/B testing program—including narrative tests such as

    “Hard Crypto” vs. “Soft Utility.”

  • Optimize the funnel:

    Diagnose drop-offs and improve each step (visitor signup investment) through rapid, evidence-based iterations.

  • Partner cross-functionally:

    Collaborate with design and engineering to build test variants, ensure accurate tracking, and maintain analytics quality.

  • Translate insights to action:

    Convert test outcomes into clear recommendations, playbooks, and next steps for leadership.

  • Systematize CRO:

    Maintain a hypotheses backlog, define success metrics, implement QA, and document learnings for reuse.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years

    of hands-on CRO experience in

    e-commerce or SaaS

    (required).
  • Strong analytics and experimentation skills with

    GA4, Optimizely/VWO, Hotjar, Mouseflow

    (and GTM).
  • Proven track record running multiple concurrent A/B/MVT experiments with statistical rigor.
  • Creative, data-led thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management.

  • Web3/crypto familiarity

    a plus (not required).
