Hiring for Leading Asset Manamement Company

Designation:- Relationship and Feedback Manager

Location:- Mumbai ( Kurla)

* CTC :- 5.5 Lpa Max

Experience:- Minimum 2 years experience in VRM, Sales Mutual fund and banking products into B2B segment

Note:- Candidates Should have NISM 5A Certificate

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven VRM or Relationship and Feedback Manager (RFM) to join our B2B sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for both outbound calling to prospective clients and nurturing relationships with new leads to gather valuable feedback. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong Sales orientation, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsible for : ---

1.)Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B leads to introduce our products/services and generate leads.

2.)Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with existing clients.

3.)Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

4.)Collect and analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and relay insights to the relevant teams.

5.)Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

6.)Update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.

7.)Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
