Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive financial planning services including retirement, investment, tax, insurance, and estate planning Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance Prepare and present detailed financial plans and investment strategies tailored to individual clients Monitor client portfolios and provide regular performance reviews and updates Ensure all recommendations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards Maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and proactive service Collaborate with internal teams (investment, research, operations) to deliver holistic solutions Stay updated on financial trends, regulatory changes, and planning tools. Requirements Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation is mandatory Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred) 3–7 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or advisory services Strong understanding of financial products, tax laws, retirement planning, and investment strategies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts High ethical standards and a client-first mindset Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM tools Show more Show less
