C. Key Expectations:

• As the founding CEO/Director to build the institute, Set up a very innovative campus to house students and faculty with state-of-the-art facilities, hire eminent faculty members and establish the Centre of excellence in Emerging Technologies viz. Space, Drone, 3D Printing, AI, and Cybersecurity Technologies covering all aspects reflecting a strong research culture and practice ethos.

• Start, nurture and sustain unique and novel Entrepreneurial programs for students.

• Innovative academic programs with emphasis on Technology Incubators enable sponsored research funding for faculty and students

D. Skills:

• Strategic Planning

  : Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and programs.

• Institution Building:

  Expertise in establishing and nurturing institutions, including infrastructure development, faculty recruitment, and student development.

• Fundraising:

  Ability to secure funding from Government agencies, industry partners, and philanthropic organizations and make the organization as self-sustainable model over a period

• Communication:

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, industry partners, and government officials
