Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Diagnostics Division
Location: Delhi NCR

Role Overview

The CEO will lead JITM’s Diagnostics Division and steer it into the future of advanced healthcare. As a transformational leader, you will drive aggressive expansion into rural and urban markets, champion breakthrough innovations in laboratory operations, and set new benchmarks in quality, affordability, and accessibility of diagnostic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute long-term strategy to establish JITM Diagnostics as a national leader and a global contender.
• Market Growth: Expand footprint in rural, semi-urban, and international markets through innovative business models, partnerships, and acquisitions.
• Operational Excellence: Enhance efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time across laboratory and diagnostic operations through automation and digital transformation.
• Innovation & R&D: Champion adoption of advanced diagnostic technologies, AI-driven pathology, and next-generation testing methods.
• Financial Growth: Accelerate revenue growth, optimize cost structures, and ensure sustainable profitability.
• Patient-Centricity: Build trust by delivering high-quality, affordable, and accessible diagnostic services to diverse populations.
• Strategic Alliances: Forge collaborations with hospitals, healthcare providers, governments, and global partners to expand services and research initiatives.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
