Role Overview

Shape the global footprint of JITM’s Tourism & Hospitality vertical as its visionary CEO. Lead bold initiatives that elevate travel and hospitality experiences, driving innovation across resorts, hotels, and experiential journeys. With strategic foresight, you will power sustainable tourism practices, enhance brand prestige, and position JITM as a market leader in hospitality worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a global strategy for growth across resorts, hotels, and tourism services.
• Brand Prestige: Strengthen JITM’s reputation as a premium and trusted hospitality brand.
• Operational Excellence: Optimize multi-property operations to ensure superior service, profitability, and efficiency.
• Customer Experience: Elevate guest satisfaction through innovation, personalization, and global service standards.
• Revenue Growth: Unlock new revenue streams across hospitality, leisure, and travel segments.
• Sustainability: Champion eco-friendly, community-driven, and socially responsible tourism models.
• Partnerships & Alliances: Cultivate collaborations with global travel agencies, tourism boards, governments, and hospitality partners.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
