Opportunity: Lead Face of Sri Vedic Township

We are offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for an extraordinary, graceful lady professional (age 35–40 years) to become the face and voice of our premium real estate development — Sri Vedic Township, a landmark project of 159 luxury villas.

This 6-month engagement is designed for someone with the elegance of a model or film heroine, exceptional communication skills, and the charisma to inspire confidence across audiences and platforms.

Role Highlights

Serve as the primary brand ambassador and spokesperson for the project.

Appear in YouTube property channel interviews, social media campaigns, and promotional events.

Lead and motivate a dedicated team of 4 telecallers and 100 real estate agents.

Represent the project across property websites (Housing.com, 99Acres, MagicBricks, etc.), hoardings, advertisements, and digital media.

Earnings

Purely incentive-based role – no fixed salary.

Attractive incentive of ₹50,000 per villa sold through your team, telecallers, agents, and marketing leads.

With 159 villas to be sold in 6 months, the earning potential is extraordinary for a high-performing personality.

Who Should Apply

Elegant, confident women aged 35–40 years with polished communication and presentation skills.

Ex-models, TV artists, and film actresses are especially welcome.

Must be comfortable on camera, in interviews, and at promotional events.
