Key Responsibilities

• Business Procurement:

• Identify, pursue, and secure infrastructure projects across Roads, Irrigation, Water, Power, and Railway sectors.
  
• Develop business opportunities under

  back-to-back

  and later

  direct contracting

  models.

• Joint Ventures & Partnerships:

• Identify, evaluate, and engage

  JV partners

  ,

  associates

  , and

  subcontractors

  for targeted projects.
• Negotiate MoUs, agreements, and revenue-sharing arrangements with strategic partners.
  

• Project Management:

• Oversee project execution and ensure

  timely completion

  with quality and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with clients, JV partners, and subcontractors for

  successful closure of projects

• Revenue & Growth Targets:

• Achieve minimum gross revenue targets:
  
• FY 2026 - 27: 50 Crores
  
• FY 2027 - 28: 75 Crores
  
• FY 2028 - 29: 115 Crores
  
• FY 2029 - 30: 175 Crores
  

• Reporting & Strategy:

• Report directly to the Management / Board on progress and opportunities.
  
• Develop long-term strategies for sustainable growth and expansion.
