Position Name – Centre Manager/Project Coordinator

1. Brief about the position

o Centre Manager position has the responsibility of P&L of the center. He has to coordinate and oversee Centre’s operations. The role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the Centre. The specific duties include formulating strategy, improving performance, adhering to SOPs etc. Employee should be ready to mentor his/her team members, find ways to increase business and quality of service. Trustworthy to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the job period.

2. JD

• Develop the relation with the State Skill Ministry Department
• Project Planning and Execution
• Mobilization and Enrol Candidates
• Create Training Callender and implement as per schedule
• Develop relations with local industry for the OJT and Placement
• Monitor, Motivate, students
• Deal with Government, Client, Educational Institute etc
• Prepare Reports as per the commitment to above.
• Proper documentation of batch Enrolment, OJT, Placement, Assessment etc
• Generate the Invoice and follow with Clients (Govt and Private)
• Daily Reporting/Business Analytics
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Perform QC Checks

3. Reporting and Team

• Reporting to HOD
• Reported by team of Mobilizers, Trainers and Placement Officers

4. Work Location, Language Spoken

• Paradeep, Odisha

5. Skill Set

o Team Management (Handled a team of 5 persons or more)

o Technical Skills - Knowledge of Skill Development (State & Central government scheme portals), Understanding of MS Office, V Look Up, Power Point, presentations.

o Others (Local Connects is a MUST, Moderate travelling, Local Language is a MUST)

6. Grade & Salary

• Manager, Sr Manager, Salary 4 Lacs to 6 Lacs (Upper Limit)

7. Qualification & Experience

• Graduate, Post Graduate. Experience 5-years to 15 years.

• Centre/Project Profitability (Target Vs Ach)
• MTP (Target Vs Achievement)
• Restrict Attrition (Hire, train, engage and Motivate Team)
• Adherence to company SOPs/QA/Data Integrity
• Communicate Achievements through Social Media

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
