Centre Manager / Head

2000+ KLAY educators spread across 150+ centres in India across 7 cities Pan India are united in their mission to nurture every child s gifts and be the trusted parenting partner of every family.

With our centres poised to reopen again, KLAY is looking for experienced and mature women to join us as Centre Heads; with good experience in managing operations from education / retail / healthcare domains. Experienced team managers who have handled customer facing roles from other industries are also welcome to apply.

Competencies & Skill Set

Excellent inter personal skills to handle parents and internal team. High level of customer orientation.

Should be able to handle walk ins and convert to admissions

Self driven and attention to detail

High sense of ownership and responsibility.

Problem solving ability and MUST be a team player

Possess working knowledge in Early Childhood Education

Must be Tech friendly, needs to know Ms Office with a flair for numbers

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for entire Centre Operations and managing the team

Responsible for conversions and admissions

Single point of contact for parents and team

Mentor and coach the team

Responsible for Profit & Loss of Centre

Qualifications

Bachelors / Master s degree / Degree in Early Childhood Education

Experience

5-10

years managing similar set up (ideal)

Or 5-10

years of retail / customer service / client servicing background.
