Role Description

This full-time on-site role in Chennai is for a Centre Head at our Besant Nagar Branch. The Centre Head will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensure the highest standards of patient care and clinical services, manage staff, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Strategic planning, budgeting, and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Leading, motivating, and managing clinical and non-clinical teams
• Maintaining service quality and patient satisfaction
• Coordinating with doctors and optometrists to ensure seamless care
• Driving branch growth through

  awareness camps, community eye screening programmes, and corporate collaborations

• Building strong local relationships to enhance the hospital’s presence and accessibility

• Implementing policies to improve operational and clinical efficiency

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in healthcare administration/branch management
• Strong analytical skills and experience in strategic planning
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle complex situations
• Experience in ophthalmology practice management is a plus
