Role Description This full-time on-site role in Chennai is for a Centre Head at our Besant Nagar Branch. The Centre Head will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensure the highest standards of patient care and clinical services, manage staff, and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities include: Strategic planning, budgeting, and compliance with healthcare regulations Leading, motivating, and managing clinical and non-clinical teams Maintaining service quality and patient satisfaction Coordinating with doctors and optometrists to ensure seamless care Driving branch growth through awareness camps, community eye screening programmes, and corporate collaborations Building strong local relationships to enhance the hospital’s presence and accessibility Implementing policies to improve operational and clinical efficiency Qualifications Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field Minimum 5–7 years of experience in healthcare administration/branch management Strong analytical skills and experience in strategic planning Excellent leadership and people management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and handle complex situations Experience in ophthalmology practice management is a plus
