Your role

As a Central Reservations Agent, You Will

We are seeking a Central Reservations Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for providing high-standard service to guests and helping to optimize hotel occupancy and revenue by converting inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Transient & Group Bookings: Accurately record and manage reservations for individual travelers (FIT), groups, corporate clients, and wholesale partners. This includes preparing proposals, loading group blocks into the PMS, and managing rooming lists.
• Guest Communication: Reconfirm all arrivals one day in advance and ensure all necessary information is available to the Front Desk. You will also handle and resolve guest complaints to ensure their satisfaction. All correspondence and inquiries must be answered within 24 hours of receipt.
• Administrative & Operational Support: Maintain accurate guest history records. Assist with daily duties such as correspondence and filing. You will also provide general assistance to management as needed.
  

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• A minimum of a year of relevant experience in handling a travel/reservations account if preferred
• Exceptional English communication skills
• Client-facing demeanor; confident in presenting and engaging with clients
