Center Operation Manager - Mani Nagar

You will be responsible for managing the operations of the center, including overseeing training and placements for students. This involves handling administrative tasks, managing collections, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the center on a daily basis. In addition, you will be in charge of certifying students and preparing daily reports to track progress. As the Center Operation Manager, you will oversee a team consisting of Admin staff, Trainers, Receptionists, Accountants, Security personnel, and Housekeeping staff. Your role will involve ensuring that there are no dropouts among students, facilitating certifications, implementing upselling strategies, conducting Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), organizing student engagement activities, and overseeing the placement of students within the center. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the overall efficiency and success of the center, while also fostering a positive learning environment for students and ensuring their successful transition into the workforce.,
