Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Postgraduate with 3 to 8 years of experience in Centre Management, Sales, Operations, Training, Business Development or Education Management.
Strong track record of achieving admissions, revenue & placement targets.
Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management & people management skills.
Result-oriented, data-driven & passionate about youth empowerment & skilling.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly targets for leads, admissions, enrolments, batch starts & placements.
Execute local marketing, lead generation, community outreach & referral programs.
Build partnerships with colleges, NGOs, corporates, institutions & employers.
Manage centre operations, infrastructure, team performance & business growth.
Monitor training progress, reduce dropouts, ensure placements & learner satisfaction.
