Designation Centre Director Work Location - BASF Dahej Reporting to Cluster Operations Manager Shift Time - 8am to 5pm Qualifications Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)/ Any Masters degree Experience 6-8 years managing similar set up (ideal) Or 6-8 years of retail / customer service / client servicing background Or Young mothers willing to get back to work, with a team handling experience and customer orientation Work Timings Weekdays 9 hours 2 Saturdays half days Competencies & Skill Set Good inter personal skills to handle parents and internal team. High level of customer orientation. Should be able to handle walk ins and convert to admissions Self-driven and attention to detail High sense of ownership and responsibility.
