Role Overview: As the Preschool Centre Head at this establishment, your role will involve managing the day-to-day activities at the preschool. You will be responsible for procuring and arranging instructional resources for classroom use and conducting audits in classrooms to observe activities. Addressing parents" concerns tactfully while maintaining positive relationships with them will be crucial. Additionally, you will oversee and manage staff members to ensure the implementation of policies and procedures.
