* Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase student enrollments
* Lead generation through digital marketing, offline promotions, referrals, and local outreach
* Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to admission
* Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
* Lead and supervise the admissions and marketing team
* Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts
* Oversee daily academic and administrative operations
* Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance
* Maintain a professional and student-friendly campus environment
* Handle student and parent concerns effectively
* Coordinate with faculty, staff, and management
* Prepare regular reports on admissions and marketing performance
* Track market trends and competitor activities
* Work with management on growth and expansion plans
* Ensure adherence to institute policies and systems
* 3-5 years of experience in the *education sector* (coaching institutes preferred)
* Strong experience in *marketing, sales, and center management*
* Excellent leadership and team-handling skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Target-oriented and self-driven
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting
