Position Overview

Kidzee Amra Bypass is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and dedicated Centre Head to lead our preschool operations with excellence. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the centre, deliver high-quality early childhood education, maintain strong parent relationships, and uphold Kidzees values of safety, hygiene, empathy, and child-centric learning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Centre Operations & Administration

• Oversee day-to-day functioning of the preschool.
• Ensure adherence to Kidzee policies, curriculum guidelines, and NEP-aligned teaching methods.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and discipline across the campus.
• Manage inventories, classroom readiness, and resource availability.

2. Academic & Curriculum Management

• Monitor classroom delivery, lesson planning, and activity execution.
• Guide teachers in implementing Kidzees specialized pedagogy and activity-based learning.
• Ensure regular assessments, observations, and child progress tracking.

3. Team Leadership & Training

• Lead, mentor, and support teachers and staff.
• Conduct regular training sessions, classroom audits, and performance reviews.
• Encourage a culture of empathy, teamwork, and excellence.

4. Parent Relationship Management

• Build trust and rapport with parents through consistent communication.
• Address parent queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Lead parent orientations, PTMs, events, and celebrations.

5. Admissions & Marketing

• Drive admissions through counselling, centre tours, and lead follow-ups.
• Support marketing initiatives, social media activities, and promotional events.
• Track and achieve enrollment targets for mid-term and new sessions.

6. Compliance & Reporting

• Maintain all school records, documentation, and reports.
• Ensure statutory compliance, security protocols, and timely submissions.
• Coordinate with the Head Office and follow all organizational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Early Childhood Education preferred).
• Minimum 24 years of experience in preschool/education/centre management.
• Experience in team handling and parent counselling is an added advantage.
