Center Head - Birla Open Minds Preschool - Ambedkar Path

Job Title: Centre Head

Location- Ambedkar Path

Experience: 5-10 years (preferably in early childhood education or preschool management)

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day operations of the preschool to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to organizational standards.

* Drive revenue and admission targets through effective inquiry handling, parent counseling, and lead conversion.

* Plan and execute local marketing initiatives such as events, roadshows, and in-center activities to boost admissions.

* Ensure implementation of the academic curriculum and support teachers in maintaining teaching quality and lesson planning.

* Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene across the center.

* Engage with parents regularly to build trust, address concerns, and foster community involvement.

* Monitor staff performance, ensure retention, and provide training and support where necessary.

* Embrace KRAs and adapt to new operational or academic strategies introduced by the organization.

* Track center performance metrics and implement improvements as needed to maximize efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

* Graduate / Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).

* Minimum 4 years of experience in preschool operations or leadership roles.

* Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

* Passionate about early childhood education with a child-centric approach.

* Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, motivate teams, and work collaboratively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
