Job Description

As a CE or CME Content Analyst at our company, your role is crucial in contributing to the development, accreditation, and publishing of accredited learning programs. You will be responsible for various tasks such as online content publishing, quality assurance review, CE-CME record-keeping, responding to customer service escalations, generating reports, analyzing data, and submitting accurate accreditation records to accreditation boards. Your communication with colleagues will be essential to ensure timely and accurate publication of learning content. Additionally, you will engage in meetings and present learning and accreditation data to support planning and program improvement. Your essential duties and responsibilities will include: - Participating in CE or CME content planning meetings, quality assurance meetings, and stakeholder meetings - Recommending content changes to improve the clarity of learning materials - Conducting reviews of CE-CME documentation for completeness and compliance - Assisting CE-CME planners in preparing accreditation applications and analyzing reports - Responding to customer service escalations promptly and courteously - Generating and analyzing data for publisher reports, activity evaluations, and financial reports - Managing the online CE or CME activity publishing workflow - Performing quality assurance testing to ensure compliance with accreditation standards - Communicating regularly with stakeholders, planners, and management - Assisting in onboarding new contractors and processing invoices Other duties may include supporting learning content development processes and assisting in monitoring the service, quality, and accuracy of vendors supporting CE or CME processes. Job Qualifications: - Education: 2 years of college with a 4-year university degree preferred - Experience: At least 3 years of progressive experience in a learning or content editing role related to healthcare continuing education accreditation - Knowledge of US-based national and state accreditation policies and procedures - Experience with national and/or state nursing continuing professional development (NCPD) and continuing medical education (CME) accreditation reporting preferred - Computer fluency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, One Drive, and digital content management systems required Travel Requirements: Minimal (1-2 times per year) Physical Demands: This role is in a normal office setting and may require sitting and viewing screens for long hours.
