Join us as a Platform Lead at our Financial Crime Hub for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) in a highly collaborative role. You will be accountable for all aspects of change, run, and operational health of the Financial Crime CDD platforms. Leading engineering teams at scale, with direct responsibility for platform or application change and run activities, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to build solutions that detect and prevent financial crime, safeguarding our customers and the bank. The role is at the director level, offering an opportunity to work in an innovative part of the bank with real influence and tangible results. As a Platform Lead, you will be responsible for the strategy, planning, operation, and control of the bank's Financial Crime, CDD, and Perpetual Know Your Customer platforms. Managing the platform's operational stability and performance, you will maintain applications, systems, utilities, and tools aligned with various frameworks and processes. You will oversee the design, architecture, engineering, testing, implementation, security, resilience, and life-cycling of platform applications and services, ensuring alignment with business and technology vision. Partnering with stakeholders, you will bring strategies to life through well-engineered and sustainable solutions enabled by great team capabilities. Moreover, you will manage competing customer priorities, drive alignment to roadmaps, implement efficient ways of working, create technical and business outcome roadmaps, optimize business solutions for customer needs, and remediate technical issues to enhance the platform's architecture and technology. To excel in this role, you should be an experienced engineering leader with strong communication skills and the ability to run large-scale programs, platforms, projects, and teams. Possessing expertise in financial crime, CDD, data, industry, and platform product knowledge, you should also have a deep understanding of platforms, engineering, and data service design and delivery. Additionally, you should demonstrate operational, risk management, financial management, collaboration, negotiation, and commercial acumen, along with a strong knowledge of Pega Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and KYC.,
