CDD Platform Lead, Director

Role Overview: Join us as a Platform Lead in the Financial Crime Hub for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) where you will be accountable for all aspects of change, run, and operational health of the Financial Crime CDD platforms. This is a collaborative role that involves working closely with key stakeholders and leading a large team across India and the UK to detect and prevent financial crime, ultimately protecting customers and the bank. The role is offered at director level. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the strategy, planning, building, operation, and control of the banks Financial Crime, CDD, and Perpetual Know Your Customer platforms - Deliver, own, and maintain platform operational stability and performance in alignment with various frameworks and processes - Design, architect, engineer, build, test, implement, and manage platform applications and services aligned with the Business and Technology vision - Partner with Stakeholders within the Fin Crime Hub and across the Bank to bring their strategy to life through well-engineered solutions - Manage competing customer priorities, drive alignment to roadmaps and targets, and implement efficient ways of working across delivery lifecycles - Create the platform technical and business outcome roadmap, provide expertise to optimize business solutions, and own the remediation of technical issues Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to colleagues and senior stakeholders - 18+ years of experience in engineering leadership with a track record of running high-performance programs, projects, and teams - Expertise in financial crime, CDD, data, industry knowledge, and platform product expertise - Understanding of platforms, engineering, data as a service design, risk management, financial management, and collaboration - Commercial acumen and knowledge of Pega Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and KYC,
