Job Description

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, and related equipment at retail stores Regular health checks and troubleshooting of CCTV systems Attending breakdown calls and ensuring minimum downtime Managing camera positioning, wiring, power supply, and network connectivity Maintaining CCTV backup, footage access, and basic system security Coordinating with vendors for replacement or major repairs when required Maintaining service records, reports, and installation logs Additional Responsibilities (Preferred):Basic computer hardware maintenance (CPU, monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer, LAN cables, etc.) OS installation and basic software troubleshooting Network cable management and basic router/switch configuration Support store staff with minor IT-related issues Experience in CCTV installation and maintenance (minimum 1–2 years preferred) Knowledge of analog & IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems Basic understanding of networking (LAN, IP addressing) Willingness to travel between multiple store locations Problem-solving attitude and quick response to issues Basic documentation and reporting skills
